Politique de confidentialité iOS

Nous ne recueillons pas de données personnelles. Nous utilisons un GUID pour établir un lien entre le service de sync https://fonofone.org. Ce service lie l’alias de l’utilisateur à une collection de resources (medias) autrement anonymes.

Nous conservons les logs d’accès IP pour fin de diagnostics et entretien du serveur web. Nous utilisons une solution Oath (https://policies.oath.com/us/en/oath/privacy/index.html) ainsi qu’un outil Fabric (https://docs.fabric.io/apple/fabric/data-privacy.html) et comprenons que leur politiques sont équivalentes ou « supérieures » à la notre. Dans tous les cas nous ne partageons pas d’information personnelle avec eux.

Nous conservons les données synchronisées aussi longtemps que l’utilisateur ou l’utilisatrice est active. À sa demande, toute donnée concernant la personne sera détruite; pour ce faire, contacter politique@artificiel.org.

iOS Privacy Policy

We do not collect any personal information. We managed a GUID to maintain a link to the sync service. The sync service links the alias of the user to a collection of media resources. We collect no data without the explicit action of the user, and will never share or sell with a 3rd party.

We maintain IP logs on the server to help diagnostics and troubleshooting, for a duration of up to a month. We use an Oath analytics solution (https://policies.oath.com/us/en/oath/privacy) as well as Fabric tools (https://docs.fabric.io/apple/fabric/data-privacy.html) and it is our understanding that they provide at least equal protection. In any case personal user data is not shared there.

We keep the sync data as long as the user is active. If the user decides to become inactive it may contact us at politique@artificiel.org and we will obliterate any association between the user and the sync service.
